Orange Cardamom Cream Soda

You need

  • orange juice
  • cream
  • soda water
  • cardamom
  • vanilla essence
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Crush 1 cardamom pod with 1 tsp honey in a tall glass.
  2. Add 80 ml orange juice and 0.5 tsp vanilla essence, then fill with ice.
  3. Pour in 100 ml soda water and float 20 ml cream on top.
  4. A childhood-style soda for the kids' table at the party.
