Squeeze about 8 sweet limes to get 400 ml juice and chill it.
Pour the juice and 40 ml triple sec into a jug.
Slowly add 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine and stir once gently.
Serve in 4 wine glasses, rimmed with a little chaat masala if you like.
Serve straight away while it is bubbly, with a brunch spread like sandwiches, poha or omelettes.
