Mint Chocolate Martini

You need

  • vodka
  • chocolate syrup
  • mint
  • cream

How to make it

  1. In a shaker, press 8 mint leaves into 20 ml chocolate syrup.
  2. Add 45 ml vodka and 40 ml cream.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe and top with a small mint leaf.
  5. Serve well chilled straight away, no straw, with a square of dark chocolate on the side.
