Midnight Blue Lagoon Punch

You need

  • vodka
  • blue curaçao
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)
  • pineapple juice
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Pour 160 ml vodka, 60 ml blue curaçao, 200 ml pineapple juice and 40 ml lime juice into a large jug.
  2. Stir well and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Add plenty of ice and top with 300 ml lemon soda just before serving.
  4. Bring it to the table on New Year's Eve with a bowl of crisps.
