Masala Cold Coffee Cream

You need

  • Irish cream
  • cold coffee / espresso
  • milk
  • honey

Nice to have

  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Stir 1 tsp honey, a pinch of cinnamon (0.25 tsp) and a pinch of nutmeg (0.25 tsp) into 40 ml milk.
  3. Add 100 ml cold coffee and 50 ml Irish cream.
  4. Stir well and serve.
  5. Pair with rusk during a power cut; works as an after-lunch sip.
