Add 45 ml white rum, 45 ml pineapple juice and 5 ml grenadine to a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds until foamy.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and drop in 1 cherry.
Serve right away while the foam is fresh, no straw, alongside a few salted cashews.
