Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the rim in salt.
Shake 50 ml tequila, 25 ml triple sec and 25 ml lime juice with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into the glass over fresh ice.
Serve right away without a straw so each sip touches the salt rim, with nachos and salsa on the side.
