Pour 120 ml lychee juice and 20 ml fresh lemon juice into a tall glass.
Add 10 ml rose syrup and stir for 5 seconds.
Fill with ice and top with 60 ml cold water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel, and a peeled lychee on a pick if you have one.
Serve chilled right away with a straw, alongside light snacks like spring rolls or butter cookies.
