Muddle 6 raspberries in the bottom of a tall glass.
Add 100 ml lychee juice and fill with ice.
Top with 80 ml lemon soda (Sprite/7Up).
Stir once and garnish with 2 raspberries.
Serve straight away with a straw while it is fizzy, alongside butter cookies or cupcakes.
