You need

  • white rum
  • lychee juice
  • mint
  • lime
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. In a tall glass, gently press 8 mint leaves with 15 ml lime juice.
  2. Add 45 ml white rum and 60 ml lychee juice. Optional: add 2 peeled lychees.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and top with 60 ml soda water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
  5. Serve right away with a straw, on a coaster, alongside light bites like spring rolls.
