You need

  • gin
  • lychee juice
  • lime
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 45 ml gin, 60 ml lychee juice and 15 ml lime juice.
  3. Stir to mix.
  4. Top with 60 ml soda water and garnish with a peeled lychee on a stick.
  5. Serve right away with a straw while it is fizzy, alongside dim sums or spring rolls.
