Pour 40 ml kokum syrup and 10 ml lemon juice into a tall glass.
Add 1/4 tsp chaat masala and stir until it dissolves.
Fill with ice, top with 150 ml soda water and stir gently once.
Serve right away with a straw while fizzy, alongside crispy bhajiyas or banana chips.
