You need

  • gin
  • kokum syrup
  • pineapple juice
  • lime
  • sparkling wine

How to make it

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice and add 45 ml gin, 1 tsp kokum syrup, 40 ml pineapple juice and 10 ml lime juice.
  2. Stir, then top with 60 ml sparkling wine.
  3. Serve at beach shack gatherings with prawn fritters.
