Kokum Mint Bitter Lemon Soda

You need

  • Campari
  • kokum syrup
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)
  • mint
  • black pepper

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and 4 mint leaves.
  2. Pour in 20 ml kokum syrup and 50 ml Campari.
  3. Add a pinch of black pepper (0.25 tsp).
  4. Top with 100 ml lemon soda and stir.
  5. Konkan beach-shack sundowner with fried bombil.
