Kokum Lime Sunset Soda

You need

  • Aperol
  • kokum syrup
  • soda water
  • lime
  • black salt

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in 20 ml kokum syrup, 10 ml lime juice and 60 ml Aperol.
  3. Add a pinch of black salt (0.25 tsp).
  4. Top with 100 ml soda water and stir.
  5. Konkan thali opener, brilliant with fish fry.
