Kokum Coconut Layered Rum Shot

You need

  • dark rum
  • kokum syrup
  • coconut cream
  • black salt

How to make it

  1. Stir 0.25 tsp black salt into 15 ml kokum syrup in a shot glass.
  2. Slowly pour 30 ml dark rum over the back of a spoon so it sits above the syrup.
  3. Float 10 ml coconut cream on top.
  4. Shoot it as a shot flight with prawn rava fry.
