You need

  • beer
  • khus syrup
  • tonic water
  • cucumber
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Place 3 cucumber slices in a tall glass and add ice.
  2. Add 15 ml khus syrup and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. Pour in 60 ml tonic water and slowly top with 200 ml beer.
  4. A summer cooler with mint chutney sandwiches.
