You need

  • vodka
  • lime
  • condensed milk
  • cream

How to make it

  1. Add 45 ml vodka, 25 ml lime juice, 25 ml condensed milk and 30 ml cream to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Grate a little lime zest on top.
  5. Serve well chilled right away as a dessert drink, no straw, with a couple of butter biscuits on the side.
