Kesar Mango Gin Spritz

You need

  • gin
  • mango juice
  • saffron
  • sparkling wine
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Warm 0.25 tsp saffron in 1 tbsp hot water for a minute.
  2. Fill a wine glass with ice and add 45 ml gin, 50 ml mango juice and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. Pour in the saffron water and top with 60 ml sparkling wine.
  4. Great for summer brunches with poha cutlets or paneer sandwiches.
