You need

  • vodka
  • kala khatta syrup
  • lemon
  • black salt
  • soda water
  • mint
  • ginger

How to make it

  1. Muddle 12 mint leaves and 8 ginger slices with 1 tsp black salt in a large jug.
  2. Add 200 ml vodka, 100 ml kala khatta syrup and 80 ml lemon juice and stir.
  3. Fill with ice and top with 500 ml soda water.
  4. A nostalgic jug for the wedding's street-food counter.
