How to make it

  1. Fill a short glass with ice.
  2. Pour 60 ml Irish cream over the ice.
  3. Optional: add 30 ml cold coffee for a stronger kick.
  4. Serve well chilled without a straw, as an after-dinner sip with a brownie or a few chocolate cookies.
