Irish Cream Cardamom Rum Frappe

You need

  • dark rum
  • Irish cream
  • cold coffee / espresso
  • cardamom
  • milk

How to make it

  1. Add 45 ml dark rum, 30 ml Irish cream, 40 ml chilled coffee, 40 ml milk and the seeds of 1 cardamom pod to a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice.
  3. Blend until thick and frothy and pour into a tall glass.
  4. A dessert frappe after dinner with biscotti.
