Stir 1 tsp tamarind paste, 2 tsp jaggery, 0.25 tsp red chilli powder and 0.25 tsp black salt into 10 ml lime juice in a tall glass.
Fill with ice and pour in 50 ml vodka.
Top with 80 ml lemon soda and stir gently.
Hand it round with chatpata bhel and kachori.
