Stir 2 tsp gulkand with 20 ml lime juice in a tall glass until it loosens.
Add 50 ml gin and 1 tsp rose water, then fill the glass with ice.
Top with 80 ml soda water and stir once, gently.
Slap 4 mint leaves between your palms and tuck them on top.
Hand it round while faces are still clean; lovely with dahi bhalle.
