Add 50 ml vodka, 60 ml lychee juice, 2 tsp gulkand, 10 ml lime juice and 0.25 tsp rose water to a jar.
Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
Strain over fresh ice into a tall glass.
Top with 40 ml soda water.
