Gulab Jamun Rum Cream

You need

  • dark rum
  • cream
  • milk
  • rose water
  • cardamom
  • condensed milk

How to make it

  1. Crush 1 cardamom pod in a jar with a lid.
  2. Add 45 ml dark rum, 40 ml cream, 40 ml milk, 2 tsp condensed milk and 1 tsp rose water, plus ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a short glass over fresh ice.
  5. Dessert in a glass for Diwali dinner, served with small cups of rabri.
