Guava Chilli Sunset Soda

You need

  • Aperol
  • guava juice
  • soda water
  • lime
  • red chilli powder
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and 4 mint leaves.
  2. Pour in 60 ml Aperol, 80 ml guava juice and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. Add a pinch of red chilli powder (0.25 tsp).
  4. Top with 60 ml soda water and stir.
  5. Evening street-food partner; goes with spicy corn chaat.
