Add 45 ml white rum and 15 ml lemon juice and stir.
Fill with ice and top with 100 ml soda water.
Stir gently and garnish with 2 grapes on a stick.
Serve right away with a straw while it fizzes, alongside a bowl of mixed salted nuts.
