Add 45 ml brandy, 90 ml grape juice and 10 ml lemon juice. Stir for 5 seconds.
Top with 60 ml soda water. Garnish with a few frozen grapes if using.
Serve right away with a straw while fizzy, alongside cheese cubes or salted crackers.
