Gooseberry Gur Rum Shot

You need

  • dark rum
  • amla
  • jaggery
  • black salt
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Muddle 1 chopped amla with 0.5 tsp jaggery and 0.25 tsp black salt in a jar until pulpy.
  2. Add 30 ml dark rum and 5 ml lime juice.
  3. Add ice, shake for 10 seconds and strain into a shot glass.
  4. Shoot it with a bite of candied amla.
