You need

  • gin
  • kala khatta syrup
  • cola
  • lime
  • black salt
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Muddle 4 mint leaves with 1 tsp kala khatta syrup and 0.25 tsp black salt in a tall glass.
  2. Add 50 ml gin, 10 ml lime juice and ice.
  3. Top with 100 ml cola and stir once.
  4. A house-party crowd pleaser; pair it with fries and spicy dips.
