Make sugar syrup: 1 tbsp sugar in 1 tbsp hot water, stir, cool.
Shake 60 ml gin, 25 ml lime juice and 15 ml syrup with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Serve right away while ice cold, without a straw, holding the glass by the stem so it stays chilled.
