  • coconut water
  • lime
  • mint

How to make it

  1. Gently press 6 mint leaves with 10 ml lime juice in a tall glass.
  2. Fill with ice, then add 45 ml feni and 120 ml coconut water.
  3. Stir for 5 seconds. Add 1 tsp honey if you want it sweeter.
  4. Serve right away with a straw and a mint sprig on top, alongside fried fish or spicy cashews.
