Stir 2 tsp honey with a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tsp hot water to make a quick syrup.
Shake the syrup with 90 ml pineapple juice, 20 ml lime juice, 1 tsp grenadine and ice for 15 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass over crushed ice.
Dust lightly with cinnamon and garnish with a mint sprig.
Serve right away with a straw, alongside crispy spring rolls or chilli potatoes.
