How to make it
Add 60 ml grape juice, 25 ml lime juice, 2 tsp sugar and 1 egg white to a shaker.
Shake without ice for 15 seconds, then with ice for 15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe and let the foam settle for 10 seconds.
Dust a pinch of cinnamon over the foam.
Serve right away without a straw so you sip through the foam, alongside spicy grilled corn.
