You need

  • grape juice
  • lime
  • ginger ale

How to make it

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 20 ml lime juice and 120 ml ginger ale.
  3. Slowly pour 40 ml grape juice over the back of a spoon so it sinks and swirls.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and stir before sipping.
  5. Serve right away with a straw for stirring, alongside spicy tacos or chilli paneer.
