Blend 1 chopped green apple with 60 ml water and 2 tsp sugar for 30 seconds.
Strain into a shaker, pressing the pulp with a spoon.
Add 15 ml lime juice and ice; shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a thin apple slice.
Serve right away while ice cold, without a straw, before the apple browns, with cheese crackers.
