You need

  • dark rum
  • coffee liqueur
  • banana
  • milk

  • ice cream

How to make it

  1. Add 1 ripe banana, 45 ml dark rum, 30 ml coffee liqueur and 90 ml milk to a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup ice and blend for 30 seconds. Optional: add 1 scoop ice cream.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with a banana slice.
  4. Serve immediately with a wide straw while thick and cold, as a dessert drink with a chocolate cookie.
