  • sparkling wine
  • pineapple juice
  • curry leaves
  • ginger
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Muddle 4 curry leaves with 2 ginger slices and 1 lime wedge in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice and 50 ml pineapple juice.
  3. Top with 90 ml sparkling wine.
  4. A South Indian starter drink with medu vada.
