Curry Leaf Pineapple Fizz

You need

  • gin
  • pineapple juice
  • lime
  • honey
  • curry leaves
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Tear 6 curry leaves and shake them with 50 ml gin, 40 ml pineapple juice, 15 ml lime juice and 1 tsp honey over ice.
  2. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with 50 ml soda water.
  4. Pour for a lazy Sunday lunch beside a plate of crispy vadas.
