Cucumber Wine Cooler

You need

  • white wine
  • cucumber
  • lemon soda (Sprite/7Up)
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Put 4 thin cucumber slices in a tall glass and press them lightly with a spoon.
  2. Fill with ice and add 100 ml white wine and 10 ml lime juice.
  3. Top with 80 ml lemon soda and stir. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
  4. Serve right away with a straw while fizzy, alongside light snacks like sandwiches or salted crackers.
