You need

  • gin
  • white wine
  • cucumber
  • kaffir lime leaves
  • lime

How to make it

  1. Tear 2 kaffir lime leaves into a wine glass with 3 cucumber slices and 10 ml lime juice and press lightly.
  2. Add ice and 40 ml gin.
  3. Pour in 80 ml white wine and stir once.
  4. Match with grilled fish tikka or a light salad.
