Cucumber Gin Fizz

You need

  • gin
  • cucumber
  • lime
  • sugar
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Mash 4 slices of cucumber with 1 tsp sugar in a glass.
  2. Add 50 ml gin and the juice of half a lime. Stir.
  3. Fill with ice, top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
  5. Serve right away with a straw and a coaster, with light bites like paneer tikka or cucumber sandwiches.
