You need

  • gin
  • triple sec
  • dry vermouth
  • lemon

  • orange

How to make it

  1. Add 25 ml gin, 25 ml triple sec, 25 ml dry vermouth and 25 ml lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
  5. Serve right away while ice cold, holding the glass by the stem, ideally at brunch with eggs or toast.
