You need

  • gin
  • campari / aperol
  • dry vermouth

How to make it

  1. Fill a mixing glass or jar with ice.
  2. Add 45 ml gin, 25 ml Campari and 20 ml dry vermouth.
  3. Stir for 25 seconds, then strain into a short glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
  5. Serve at once without a straw on a coaster, as a before-dinner sip with olives or salted almonds.
