Cardamom Marmalade Stirred Gin

You need

  • gin
  • sweet vermouth
  • cardamom
  • orange marmalade

  • Angostura bitters

How to make it

  1. Crush 2 cardamom pods in a mixing glass with 1 tsp orange marmalade.
  2. Add 55 ml gin, 15 ml sweet vermouth and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Strain over a large ice cube in a short glass.
  5. A nightcap that suits buttery shortbread.
