Crush 2 cardamom pods with 0.5 tsp fennel seeds and 2 tsp jaggery in a tall glass.
Add 25 ml lime juice and stir until the jaggery dissolves.
Fill with ice and pour in 50 ml dark rum.
Top with 100 ml soda water and stir once.
