Make 150 ml hot strong coffee (2 espresso shots topped with hot water works) in a heatproof mug.
Stir in 2 tsp brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon until dissolved.
Add 40 ml tequila and stir.
Twist a strip of orange peel over the mug and drop it in.
Serve hot right away on a coaster, with a cinnamon stick to stir, alongside a churro or a few biscuits.
