Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a short glass.
Mix 30 ml vodka, 20 ml coffee liqueur and 40 ml hot fresh espresso in a cup.
Pour it over the ice cream and eat with a spoon straight away.
Serve on a small plate with a napkin, with a biscotti or butter cookie on the side for dipping.
