Bitter Passion Fruit Basil Shaker

You need

  • Campari
  • passion fruit
  • orange
  • sugar
  • basil

How to make it

  1. Muddle 2 orange slices, 3 basil leaves and 1 tsp sugar in a jar.
  2. Add the pulp of 2 passion fruits and 50 ml Campari.
  3. Add ice and shake hard.
  4. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Starter for a seafood dinner.
